To receive tax exemption when shopping in our retail stores, please present a copy of your signed Resale Certificate or Permit to an associate.

Trade Representative and Website Purchases

Williams-Sonoma Canada requires completed Provincial Resale Certificate forms, on file with our tax department, to facilitate tax exempt purchases before placing an order through a dedicated Trade Representative or via website. A separate form is required for each province where tax-exempt status is maintained. Tax-exemptions are provided for PST (Provincial Sales Tax) only.
