How do I register as a tax-exempt Federal Government entity?

Federal Government Tax Exemption

1.) Download and complete a tax exemption form for each ship-to state

To make a tax-exempt purchase as a federal government agency in state(s) which you are qualified to do so, please download and complete the following Tax Exemption form. Download a separate form for each eligible state you wish to ship to. The states not listed below are ineligible for this tax exemption type.

2.) Gather additional required documents.

To satisfy the state taxing authority requirements and our tax policy needs, a completed copy of the tax exempt form(s) along with a copy of your federal agency documentation or organization letterhead should be provided.

3.) Submit completed tax exemption form(s) and required documentation.

Send your tax exemption forms and required documentation along with your full name, company name, and membership ID within an email to: traderegistration@wsgc.com.
