QUALIFYING

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. Business To Business (Formerly To The Trade) membership ("Membership") is granted to interior designers & design firms, architects & architecture firms, owners & developers, brands, purchasing agents, set designers & stagers, independent/small businesses, chefs, and other qualified applicants in the commercial, hospitality and food & beverage industries. Membership is subject to these terms and conditions which are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of Williams-Sonoma, Inc.

Please note that Members are not allowed to resell Williams-Sonoma, Inc. products through their own ecommerce site or any other retail outlet or website.

To qualify for WSI B2B Membership, you must provide the following documentation applicable to your profession, along with your completed application:

Note: Resale Certificate is not mandatory but can be submitted as a qualifying document.

We reserve the right to make all membership determinations at our sole discretion. Each professional must individually apply for membership by submitting their individual qualifications. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.

MEMBERSHIP

Membership is not transferable. A Membership card can only be used by the named card holder. The named card holder must present his/her valid Membership card and valid photo identification in person to receive the trade discount at time of purchase.

Misuse of Membership may result in Membership termination. Misuse includes, without limitation: use of the trade discount for personal purchases, any resale of merchandise purchased using the trade discount through any retail outlet (e.g., resale on or through any retail or auction website or store), reimbursement of trade discount upon merchandise return, transfer of Membership, allowing others to use the Membership card (e.g., sharing the card with a client), and submitting false, expired or misleading information in connection with a Membership application.

This program was formerly known as Williams-Sonoma Inc. Designer Marketplace and To The Trade. Membership cards issued as “Designer Marketplace” or “To The Trade” that have not expired are still valid for use until they expire. Upon renewal, member will be issued a “Williams-Sonoma, Inc. Business To Business” membership card.

MEMBERSHIP DISCOUNT

Members receive a discount of 20% off merchandise at Pottery Barn, Pottery Barn Kids, PBteen, west elm, Williams Sonoma (kitchen), Mark and Graham, Rejuvenation, and GreenRow. Plus, all members receive a 25% discount off all Williams Sonoma Home products. All with no minimum purchase. Online and in-stores. Product exclusions apply.

As a WSI B2B Member, we want you to enjoy the best offer price, anytime, anywhere. If the Williams-Sonoma, Inc. brand you're shopping is currently running a promotion online or in stores that is equivalent to or exceeds your Membership discount, you'll receive an additional 5% off that will be combined with the promotional price of the item(s). Launching early November 2019.

The WSI B2B Membership discount is not valid on: Outlet purchases, floor samples, purchases of gift cards and eGift Cards, promotional items, gift wrap, shipping and processing fees or taxes. Certain product exclusions apply including, third-party products. The Membership discount is not redeemable for cash. Williams-Sonoma, Inc. reserves the right to change the list of items not eligible for the Membership discount at its discretion. Williams-Sonoma, Inc. Business To Business Membership is neither valid nor recognized at Outlet locations. Members may cancel their Membership at any time and for any reason by calling our Dedicated Trade Line at (888) 837-4888 or +1 (702) 360-7147 outside the US.

Always use your Williams-Sonoma, Inc. Business To Business Membership card for making trade purchases. Online shopping and shipping to Canada for trade member orders is currently unavailable. Please contact a Trade Representative if you have any questions.

As a WSI B2B Member, it's your responsibility to notify Williams-Sonoma, Inc. of any changes in your contact or Membership information.

Download and submit Tax Exempt form(s) based on your tax-exempt type (ex. Reseller) for the state(s) to which you are seeking sales tax exemption

We provide tax exempt forms based on exemption type and allowable state. Tax exempt forms have been pre-populated to include Williams-Sonoma DTC, Inc. (U.S. online sales excluding TX), Williams-Sonoma DTC TX (TX online sales), and Williams-Sonoma Stores, Inc. (in-store tax exempt purchases).
