Lead time for an order can vary based on the brand, product type, and quantity. If you are working on a tight deadline we have many products suitable for Contract use in-stock and ready-to-ship. Shipping options for orders placed online follow the standards found on the brands website. For questions on a specific order placed, tradeuk@wsgc.com for assistance. Additional shipping considerations can be discussed for large-scale projects. For shipping internationally, please work directly with a freight forwarder.
Commercial Grade or Contract is the term generally used to describe the type of furniture and textiles needed for use in public spaces including hospitality venues and commercial spaces. Contract furniture and textiles are designed to withstand greater impacts and wear. Each of our products offered for Contract feature upgraded testing demands from our traditional residential standards.
Williams-Sonoma Inc. Contract testing standards include all of our regulatory residential standards with an increased level of use, abuse, and reliability testing pulled from select test from the ANSI/ BIFMA testing protocols.

All our tests are in line with the UK SI 1988 no.1234 furniture and furnishings (fire) (safety) regulations 1988 schedule 1. All our items are tested for residential use. Not commercial use.
